Job description

– Receive and check payment documents and payment documents, ensuring complete and appropriate documents. Perform accounting in accounting software for arising transactions

– Open/extend/revoke payment guarantees. Prepare reports to monitor payment guarantees according to contracts, report and confirm information on extending the guarantee expiration date with relevant departments.

– Check records and documents related to new purchases, major repairs and upgrades of fixed assets, tools and equipment

– Perform debt reconciliation with suppliers periodically.

– Prepare debt balance reports according to contracts, debt age reports for debt advances to suppliers

– Review advances, pay debts with suppliers, coordinate with departments to recover documents and advances when due.

– Update reports on overdue debts for processing. – Calculate and update project costs (costing).

– Record construction service revenue.

– Prepare expected payment reports and summary reports on deposit balances for departments, balance cash sources, and make financial plans.

Candidate requirements

– Trình độ Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc các chuyên ngành khác liên quan

– Kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm với vị trí tương đương tại các công ty có quy mô lớn

– Hiểu biết sâu các nghiệp vụ kế toán

– Nhiệt tình, chăm chỉ, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chịu được áp lực công việc cao

– Ưu tiên UV có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm SAP, đã làm tại các công ty có hoạt động thi công xây dựng
